Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time (Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging): All orders placed before 2pm EST are sent to the warehouse and processed and shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking code to the email inbox you used to place the order.

International Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1-2 weeks, but could take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on your location but can take longer from time to time. Once a package leaves the US border to the destination country, it is out of our hands. If delayed delivery is being experienced, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue any refunds for packages not delivered internationally if a carrier shipping delay occurs outside of the USA. Please note that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.
